– A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price and will become part of the total contract sales price.
– The property will be sold by the existing legal description and by the boundary, all acreage amounts are approximate.
– The property is being sold by order of the owners authority and is sold subject to confirmation of all offers. Come prepared to buy at the auction !
– The property is being sold AS IS,WHERE IS without any warranty or guarantee other than clear title to convey. The property will convey by a SPECIAL WARRANTY of title.
– Closing to occur with 30 – 45 days of owners acceptance of offer. Down payment due on the day of contract is payable in verifiable funds.
